Still trying to support local but this was bad. Should have known not to wait more than 5 mins to be seated at a Swiss. Cold... food, kids pizza served half cooked at the end of everyone else's meal. I ended up bringing my chicken home to reheat. Read more
While the food is the reliable Swiss Chalet standards, the service at this location was unfortunate. The server forgot to bring... the salad with one meal and did not check in until clearing the plates from dinner, despite serving other tables in thevicinity. We asked a different server to cue ours to stop by, but the second server just gestured helplessly at our server. Themanager we requested did make sure we were not charged for the salad, and he claims to have written somewhere that we should geta free quarter chicken dinner the next time we're in. This is not so much for other reviewers to know but rather the management of the Swiss Chalet located at 1427 King St. in... Courtice ON. Although, I was pleased with the customer service of the servers, I was very disappointed with the quality of theentrée. Though I received exactly what I ordered, the food tasted very dry & like it was microwaved. I pictured the ribs andwings just sitting there waiting to be thrown out but I came in to rescue the garbage from receiving such waste. I am deeplysaddened by this as I am a regular patron of Swiss Chalet at another location. I will not return to the Courtice ON locationagain. And if I do, it will be to see if there's any improvement with the food. Read more

Went here for a soup and salad. Soup was good with fresh pieces of chicken. Salad tasted processed in that the vegetables were... not fresh. It would be nice if they provided bread with their soup but do they not. Soup tasted good overall. Wish they hadlarger portions. Read more
Very inconsistent restaurant. I ordered ribs and stuffings and other things on Thanksgiving. The bread was not fresh and very... chewy. The stuffing tasted so weird and had a weird texture. Very sad. Do not order from here if you expect proper food. Read more
