Wasted 20 mins in drive thru because employees didn't know how to enter in a soup and sandwich meal, and I had to wait for the... one and only employee that knew how to do it while she finished up in the bathroom, and then proceeded to give me attitude andback talk after I complained. This Tim’s is a hidin gem as it is very small and kind of hidden in a plaza. Down the road 2 minutes they have a stand alone... Tim’s everyone goes to it it’s always busy. So I chose to skip it and come here and always get way faster service. The onlybad part is most things I’ve gotten like bagels have been burnt so make sure you ask if you like things not so crispy.
