Worst customer service. I ordered from drive thru today. They asked me to wait in parking lot. I waited for like 15 min. After... that, they got me my order. They forgot my coffee. Then when I checked my food bag, they forgot another item. I waited another10 min for the person to go back and forth to get my order correct. After coming home, I found that they got me wrong coffee. Itwasn't busy at all. Not sure what's going on. Frustrated. Read more

I can honestly say that this location gets my order wrong more then they get it correct. It happens so often that I start check... my order before leaving. I ordered a fare size order 2 days ago ($32.68) and it was again no bacon on my grilled cheese meltsand one if the 4 hash browns missing. I guess they get offended when you call them on it. Somehow it became my fault. This isonly one of many orders they fo not get correct but they never forget to charge me for the bacon they never gave me. The bestwas today when I ordered just a grilled cheese melts with no bacon and the same girl as 2 says ago must of remembered me becauseI thought it's only a grilled cheese with no bacon they could not get it wrong but when I went home to give ti granddaughterbefore school when she opened it the girl did not even mrlr the cheese. Honestly I know it gets busy and mo one is perfect but Ihave had my orders wrong at the least 12 or 13 time. I try to call but if they answer the phone most times they don't but whenthey do they do not recognize that it is their fault and respond with " are you sure you didn't make the mistake when placingthe order". I've yet to see them take responsibility for any if their mistakes well it happens so often make me wonder if it isa mistake or done inspite of me complaining. Anyhow if you were smart double check your order before leaving g their property. Ihave yet to be reimbursed gir any of their mistakes on my order. I have had orders that were wrong at other locations and withno backlash I was reimbursed for what they made a mistake on and even offered something extra for the inconvenience. This place is run by children. Seldom see an actual adult. Orders are consistently wrong day in and out. Last time I was there I... commented that 15 mins waiting in a drive thru for 2 iced coffees was a bit much. I wasn?t rude but just wanted to let themknow. I then watched as the drive thru window girl went to her co-worker to reiterate what I said and the co worker said loudenough for me to hear that if I didn?t like it I should make my own fn iced coffee then. LOL she actually did me a favor as Ithen went home and started making my own iced coffees! Quite frankly they are better and I used kicking horse coffee! Timhortons really needs to manage these kids. Maybe they could pay better and actual adults would apply for the job. I?m done withthis location. I haven?t seen much better service at other locations either. It seems to be the standard. I wish I could say theservice was mediocre at best but that would be giving them too much praise. Also maybe focus on what you know instead ofbranching out into meals. This location is in a convenient spot, and close to the 401. They are usually pretty slow with orders. The food is usually fresh... (I only get coffee or donuts/muffins). The drive thru is usually moving very slow, and I?ve been inside multiple times and thestaff doesn?t know what they?re doing. (Maybe training is lacking). Read more

This is the absolute worst tim hortons location. The staff is extremely slow everyday for days in a row. They also don't sell... breakfast after 11am. This is the only location I know that does that. If you can avoid this location do yourself the favour.The owner should take up knitting instead maybe. Awful experience on too many occasions Read more

We went there at like 930 am and they were out of eggs. we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches combos they put it good as without egg... but then we got charged for a croissant but never got a croissant so I did not understand how that happened since none of usasked for a croissant (basically we paid 15.02 for two breakfast combos without any egg (maybe should only be like 13.75 or 14.I think it's happened twice in a row except last time we got an extra coffee and got charged for it too when we only ordered 2coffees we got 3 on the screen, a second person comes in and seems to mess up the order when the first person could have justdone it. I went in to get my daily steeped tea on the weekend and a manager with pink hair was screaming/disciplining a staff member for... being too slow in front of customers. I was shocked at how unprofessional this individual was and paid no attention at the looksshe was getting. For most of these kids it's a first job and do not need to be bullied or embarrassed in public. Perhaps themanager should be put through a Workplace Harassments course. The staff are always smiling and friendly so there was no need forthe outburst. Read more

Incredible customer service tonight. Drive thru was held up with a very entitled "Karen" that wouldn't proceed for other... customers. After a very long wait she eventually left and employees gave us our order for free. Despite offering to pay. Therestaurant was not at fault and shouldn't of had to compensate for a entitled customer. Read more
