Awful service, very slow, unresponsive to far side speaker. Absolutely disgusting
I go for the fries and an orange soda. best ever if they come hot. not always happening though. staff is ok. I've been lucky... to have more great experiences than bad., but the bad was BAD. I do like the chicken sandwich. they will actually add what Ilike and take away what I don't like with no issues. I use the drive through, never been inside. I placed my drive thru order: 1 whopper jr with cheese, 3 orders chicken fries/sweet sour sauce and 1 small fries. Total was... exactly $21.00. Really? $4.29 for a small fry?!?! Read on? First, I had to pull over and wait. Not a problem. It was arounddinnertime, nobody else in line, but maybe an employee was on dinner break to screw up the speediness of my FAST FOOD desire. I get home, far from where I purchased this, to find I had no cheese on my burger, no chicken fry sweet n sour sauce wasincluded nor my extremely expensive order of small fries! I could very easily swear here? and I sooooo want to, but, I?m a 71year old lady? operative word there LADY. I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE THAT WITH AN EMPTY DRIVE THROUGH AND A RATHER EMPTY PARKINGLOT? JUNE 2 2022 AT 130 PM. Watched the burger maker pick roll up off the floor and then put it in the toaster. With the same... gloves he proceeded to make an order. The manager Eric seemed more intent on keeping me quiet instead listening oracknowledging what actually happened . Will never go back absolutely disgusting. Read more
Purchased a two for ten dollars , a big fish and a bk burger, came with two small drinks and two small fries . Got home opened... the bag. Presto ! No k burger at a total cost of 11.35. How convenient I pay for the sandwich and one of the employees get it .Enjoy ! Read more
