The new people they have working are so rude and every time I pull up to the speaker to order with no one in line, I have to... wait forever for my order to be taken/receive my order. As a person who almost always stops to grab a coffee before work, it?s atad annoying. I could understand if someone is having a bad day, but the consistent rudeness and slowness is ridiculous. I used to be a regular customer. I went to one of two dunkins in West Warwick every single day for over three years. They were... so good that after a few months both stores would see my vehicle in line and the moment I got up to the intercom to give myorder they would beat me to it and tell me my order before I could say it.... Now that's service. They not only remembered myorder but the way I liked it cooked as well. They would also greet me by name and were very welcoming. There's not too manyplaces where you can get that kind of service anymore especially at chain eateries. Decent coffee, ok prices and there's one atevery street corner so what are you waiting for? This is a good Dunkin, but Tiogue Ave occasionally gets really backed up and getting in and out of this lot can be tough. It's... the same deal with all well-located Dunkins. Still, always had good luck with this one. Read more
Their coffee ends up leaving to take at least two Zantac within 10 minutes. Won't drink it ever again.
