Person who took my order was very snotty and didn?t take ?customer appreciation? into consideration. Was missing 2 hash browns... in an order when they come with six, and the sandwich had the bare minimum of effort put into it, a place that holds grudges andcan?t handle someone ordering products from their store. Im always polite and the manager who takes orders is always snottyback, constantly asking if I?m done with my order and when I say ?just one moment I'm checking out the menu? she always sighsand grumbles. Its your job, if you don?t wanna be there don?t be there. I?ve worked at a dunkin before and I know big orders areannoying and drive through times are a big thing to keep in check for them, but when I am purchasing drinks and food from yourestablishment and being very polite the whole time I don't believe that should matter. The staff are great and very friendly,but when the manager is taking orders it?s a very frustrating experience just to get a coffee and a sandwich, it?s actuallypretty funny how childish they are, I never make complaints and I hate being a ?Karen? and complaining, but it?s ?mad annoying?. This is the one Dunkin Donuts that continually and constantly will get your order wrong. All my co-workers refuse to stop at... this one because they all report the same...they mess up your order. If you don't mind having to go through the line at leasttwice to get your order done right then please go to this Dunkin Donuts otherwise like my co-workers avoid it at all costs. Read more
Don't know how to make coffee appropriately. I very rarely go here. And when ever I do it's made wrong. Today boy at drive thru... got attitude about remaking, and still made it wrong because of said attitude. Don't expect a manager to be there to resolve anissue if it's afternoon/night time. They aren't there. And the person left in charge not only doesn't know how to make coffeetoo, they also don't have authority to issue refunds or a store credit. Funny thing is, after this fiasco, we went to the Dunkininside Mobile up the road, ordered the exact same coffee and it was made PERFECTLY AND WAS CHEAPER!!!!! These teenagers left torun businesses have no clue about the value of money and how annoying it is to have it wasted due to poor service and lack ofknowledge of their job. Read more
This Dunkin was really clean. I had to use the bathroom and that was also very clean. I wanted to order a Glazed donut and they... were all out so that was a little disappointing. My iced coffees were delicious and made perfectly. Read more
