We ordered our food along with soda. The delivery driver brought out food and forgot our soda. He apologized and said he would... be right back after waiting 30 minutes for him to return with our soda he didn?t. I called and spoke to the girl who answeredthe phone and said he has other deliveries I explained we had been waiting over a half hour for our drink so we could eat shesaid he will be there shortly I explained to her our food is cold at this point and ask to speak to the manager, at this pointJanelle came on and said he would reimburse us for the soda I ask for warm food to be delivered as well and she started yellingat me, I asked to speak to her boss and Scott came on the phone and said he would reimburse me the $3 and I was upset, yes I?mupdate I ordered food and soda and only received the food and no soda and his employee said he would be right back and we waitedfor our soda so we could eat our meal and his driver was a no show and our food was cold at this point! No one will dispute the food. The food is very good. Solid drink selection. The place I went to in Coventry is nice and the... staff is courteous and attentive. The atmosphere could be good but I typically go during the day when there aren't many peopledining in. The reason it is OK (3 1/2 really) is because of the cost. For 1 specialty pizza, that recently jumped up $5 inprice, you could get at least 4 Little Caesars pizza. Granted, the quality at Twisted is far better. There's also a credit cardconvenience fee, even if it is your debit. It makes an already overpriced meal just annoyingly more expensive. It seems petty topass on that credit card surcharge to customers who are paying $25+ per meal. No other restaurant in the area does that. So many issues with this place. Their pizza is good but it's clear to see the place is going downhill if they don't start fixing... things. The first thing I'd recommend is finding someone new for a manager up front. She's extremely rude and disrespectful andI've seen her swearing at other customers on multiple occasions. I've heard from friends that I'm not the only one to be witnessto this, and it's been ongoing for a long time. On top of that I've stopped ordering on Sundays and Mondays, there clearly isn'tenough staff to handle everything and the manager in the back looks like an angry chicken without a head who clearly needs moreclose contact training. I really really want to keep coming here purely because I'm a creature of habit but it's burning a holein my wallet and makes me uncomfortable being in the restaurant. The people at this... location were so sweet, I put the order into the wrong location on the app., They helped fix it and get a new order out to me.Really fast. Had a couple experiences with this place. First one was okay. Ordered something for delivery, guy called me a little bit later... and said his delivery drivers car broke down and wasn't going to be able to deliver the food. No biggie. Very nice guy. Herefunded the money and I got it back immediately. Just ordered for a second time and the order was canceled again because,according to the lady who answered the phone "you are 11 miles away. We are not taking that order". She said she refunded themoney and apparently I get it back in 2 days this time. She hung up immediately with no further explanation.
