This is by far the best KFC in the state of Rhode Island. Food was made great to order. I maybe waited about 10mins. Food was... super hot and crispy. Workers even made sure i had extra sauce and napkins in the bag. 10/10! I wish i could give this placemore than five star rating Read more

Fast food is a hit or miss. You could hit it at the wrong time and maybe they?re too busy or like the staff there is not working... together in sync. I happen to catch it at a very good time. I went here Around 1230 on a weekday and they gave me everythingthat was Supposed to be Included with the meal and also the extra items I had requested. The food was served quick and it wasprepared And served well. The biscuits were the fluffiest I have ever seen at a KFC and more on the larger size so I wassurprised and happy about it. The woman who took my order had a pleasant voice and was very courteous Seemed very professional.A few weeks back I went to the KFC in Greenville which was a bad experience so this definitely made up for it. personally, forme, it was a very good experience. hope you catch a good one also. Definitely doesn?t look anything like the commercial ????????. I?m not being to picky but being a manager of another type of... business I know that your service is everything. It can make or break a company. I mean we have low expectations of KFC like wedo with McDonald?s or Taco Bell but at least the sandwich could look somewhat uniform and neat LOL. I mean that would be whatI?d want if I was in charge of KFC or definitely what I?d want if I owned it!! Read more
Great food at a good price. The girl at register was fast, friendly, and helpful. You get a good amount of food for price.
Order a bbq chicken little. which I've always gotten before. Was told they CANT put the sauce on the chicken? They'd put it on... the side.....They never gave me the sauce but they charged me for it?! Got a spicy Mac bowl. It had SO MUCH bright orange greasyliquid in it I had to pour it out. There was 1/4cup of grease removed!!! At that point I wanted to puke and couldn't evenattempt to eat this slop. Also.... $12 for a Mac bowl and 1 chicken little (plus sauce I never got)?? No thank you! No wonderall the KFC around are closing. Place is garbage. Read more
