Terrible customer service! Food was wonderful as always, but our server Anne was very rude! A straw was asked for very politely... and she snapped back throwing the straw on the table to my grandmother! She was very messy and acted miserable! Our plates werestacked up nicely and clean and she walked empty handed multiple times not picking up the plates! If I wanted a terrible serverI would have gone to dick?s last resort! Read more
Love the Newport Creamery style burgers, my favorite with their relish. So good we went back again the next day with my... father. Who doesn't like ice cream? Great variety of flavors. I come to Newport Creamery often I really like the awful awfuls like anyone does but this location was soured for me forever. I... went in one night with my mother and 2 other family members and had a long meal without thinking much of it until I examined theseating area closer. The ledge next to the booth I was in was absolutely covered in ants and keep in mind this was in arms reachof my food and drink so I wasn?t fond of the idea ants could have walked into my plate so I told my family I was eating with towhich they got the attention of a worker informed them that we didn?t feel comfortable eating in the restaurant and we would notbe paying for the meal the worker then put hands on my aunt to grab the takeout containers from her and said ?okay then go?. Theworker was incredibly disrespectful for touching someone like that and I will not be coming to this location for awful awfulsanymore (have a video of the ants crawling into the cracks of the window for those interested) Read more

Me and some friends came for lunch and loved it. I've been going to Newport Creamery for years. Love it! I got the 3 cheese... grilled cheese, amazing. It is great for a quick bit and great for a longer dine in. Read more
Been here a countless amount of times and never a bad experience. Of course, always good ice cream. Awful awfuls are a must! But... the food here is really good as well. Never had breakfast here, however got to enjoy some today. The Bacon & Cheese Mega Meltwas the reason i?m writing this review in the first place. I normally don?t love breakfast in general, however, this sandwichwas the most delicious thing ever! No fatty bacon, nicely cooked egg, fresh tomato, american cheese, and texas toast! Very verygood. We went here on a Friday night to get some Ice Cream after a long day.
