This is our local go to restaurant on friday evenings for takeout. We were upset to hear that Melissa will no longer be able to... take our calls for takeout service. Really good italian food. Must try. However, hope you don't like Italian bread with your delishes meal to go, Your not going to... get much. You do get 2 little slices with your meal. I ordered extra bread, Paid $.50 and got a one more little slice. You getall the bread you want dinning in. Small item, big impression to me. Had dinner here with my wife, for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. We asked the server Lynn to suggest some... appetizers & entrees. We chose the Lobster Cardinale, and Eggplant Parm both w/ Homemade Pasta. We also had the fried Calamari &Caesar salads. Everything was cooked to perfection, and delicious! Our server was very attentive and spot on with hersuggestions. Huge portions, good atmosphere and well worth the prices! First time there. Definitely deceiving with pricing. Menu shows house pasta 16.95 /homemade pasta 18.95 plus 2.50. When... questioned waitress what the 2.50 charge was, she said it was an additional "up charge" for homemade pasta. AN UP CHARGE?? WHAT?? Why not just put the amount of 21.45 that you are charging the customer for the homemade pasta?? It was already 2.00more than regular pasta. Why would they charge an additional 2.50 on top of that AND SEPARATE THE AMOUNTS ?. MISLEADING. OVERPRICED. Won't be back! Read more
