Came here before to get a cheeseburger meal and a diet coke. I was very sick that night. I called the next morning to complain... about food poisoning and some kid picked up the phone and I said "Hey can I speak to the manager" and he said "He IS themanager" so I told him my problem and he didn't seem to care he was just like "Oh I'm sorry" I really don't think the guy I wasspeaking to really was a manager, so I just hung up. I assumed it was just a crew kid fooling around playing with the phone.After that I tried to call the corporate and they don't answer. I'm never coming back, always makes me sick. I like the concept of this store. WiFi, USB plugs for power, Coke Freestyle machine, and The food we were served was tasty. If... only the orders were correct. Neither my wife's nor my order were accurate. My wife was told it would bea 20 minute wait to geta baked potato. There were no napkins available. Neither the men's room nor the women room were remotely clean. No Toilet Paper,No soap, no paper towels. As we watched a conversation between a customer and what I asse was an assistant manager because sherefused to let him talk to her superior. Great place to get your square burger fix!! But be prepared to open that wallet!! Most deals start with a close to 13.00 dollar... price tag!! Since covid everything has sky rocketed and no sign of it going down! So high fry! And get out the mula!! Read more
Wendy's all together is getting too pricey for the type of food being served. For a fast food place you can't expect much. But... you'd spend the same amount sitting down somewhere decent for the same amount of cash so I guess it all comes down to how muchtime you have to eat. Read more

Went inside to order because I had to use the bathroom. Floor was very slippery. Somone could easily slip and fall and get an... injury, there were no wet floor signs. The paper towel dispenser appears broke. It was unlocked so I grabbed the paper towelsmyself. Not really a big deal just doesn't look good when you got broken stuff in your bathroom for your guests. I then waitedto order. When to tap to pay the swipe box and she said that doesn't work. I tried one more time and she said it doesn't workfor anyone.
