Each and every visit I?ve never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, flavorful, well portioned and price accordingly.... It?s truly one of Covina?s best burger spots. The staff is friendly and welcoming and understands The importance of customerservice. However, Although my food was good there is one thing I believe warrants mentioning. While In the dining area I saw anemployee sweeping the floor and changing the dirty trash cans. This same employee then walked directly to the food counter andbegan delivering food to customers without first washing their hands. This is highly unsanitary and has the potential of gettingcustomers sick. My suggestion to management is that it be mandatory for all employees after cleaning to wash their hands priorto handling any food. Read more

Okay so it's under new ownership and it's already a massive turn for the worse. The new owners (who will not be good) sunk money... into new signs and lights surrounding the place so now prices are even higher! I've been going here for over 20 years. They alsosmoke in the patio by the front door now so you deal with that too. My breakfast toast with my ham and cheese omelet WAS PUT ONTHE GRILL! Seriously? My toast tasted like whatever garbage was on the grill beforehand. I love bread but I didn't finish mytoast because of the massive hamburger meat (and whatever else) taste conflict with my omelette. Potatoes very bland, even afteradding salt. My breakfast burrito had a rather large eggshell piece in it that broke in half after I pulled it out (that's howbig it was) This place is now just going to become a ruined longstanding place to eat with these new owners. You really don'twant to eat here for the prices being charged for what is now average at best food. The only thing that will increase from nowon is prices, regardless of inflation. Try the cheeseburger and fries. The fries are medium width and crispy. The large salad is great, topped with fresh shredded... cheese. The blue cheese dressing is great as well. I'm not a Ranch dressing person, so I can only tell that it's better thanbottled for sure. I like that they don't put raw onions on everything without asking too. My only complaint is that I wish theywould drain the water off their pastrami before serving it because when I get the food back to my house in 3 minutes, thesandwich is super soggy already. The service is great with polite staff. This place gets really busy so if you order duringlunch or dinner, call at least a half hour ahead. Also, parking is limited during the busy times. They share a parking lot withother businesses too or the bar people are parking there. Either way, it's so full that I usually walk here from my house. Food is always cooked to order. Fries are fresh and cooked evenly. Pastrami burger was perfect in size. Junior burgers are... perfect for the little ones and the yellow chilies are yummy. Tried the chili cheese fries for the first time today, they'reAMAZING! Read more
Been coming here for 20+ years I love the food and the location just not the traffic as of lately?the past 5 years or so
