we had our son's three year old birthday party yesterday 09/04 @ 11am. The location is clean, the party hostess assigned to our... party was attentive, cheerful, and felt connected to our party every step of the day. The other employees throughout theestablishment were friendly and attentive as well. Did iI mention this location was clean and didn't have a high usage kidssmell? There were spots on the carpet that appeared to have been cleaned but that's not their fault. I honestly wasapprehensive when wife decided to have our party at Chuck E. Cheese and moderately pushed back to having it elsewhere, but itwas honestly pretty nice experience. My child and three year old guests had fun with unlimited passes and so did we. The partywas two hours long which i felt was sufficient for our three year old and didn't force us to remain an additional hour hostingand risking a meltdown. Even the day we went to inquire about the party the employee at the gate when you entered cheerfullyanswered all our questions about hosting a party there and. it wasn't even his job to do so. He could have simply sent us tospeak to a manager or someone in charge of parties @ that location but he was content with helping. I mention this because it'srare going anywhere with multiple employees and *not* running into at least one that has an attitude or simply appears to notcare. We did not experience any negativity, attitudes, or frowns. I don't know if it was due to our party being the first one ofthe day at opening but it was definitely noticeable. i'm not affiliated nor know anyone that works here so maybe the managementis taking care of their employees here or they must be pumping oxygen Las Vegas style for such a great staff and experience. iwish i could say anything constructive about the staff but i can't think of anything tbh. My nephew had a great 6th birthday, the service was good and the kids had a blast at the games, my sister got the unlimited play... card for each kid in our party and they really took advantage of it even when we only had two hours to enjoy. Read more
I just went to the Chuck E. Cheese the first time was in December and then I just went recently this past Saturday, February 12... and the two times that I went it was great! I wish that they had more options in their combos because some families are justsmaller or somewhere bigger. But I love how it?s so clean. And as soon as the family leaves they clean after them really quicklyand also all the games they?re very clean the restrooms as well. I was helped out by the manager and assistant manager I believeand there was one specific worker that he was Chucky and he was incredible! He was so sweet and during the timeThat I was therewith my daughter and my sisters he was incredibly helpful he was very supportive and he was so sweet and kind at the moment Idon?t remember his name but he told me that he goes to Mountain View high school and he is currently a senior but he was anamazing Chucky. Oh and the other thing that I wish that they would add more time to would be for the party packages I think thatI?m speaking on behalf of a lot of family members that it is better for it to be at least three hours instead of two. Great service and their pizzas are always so good. They discontinued their parmesan bread sticks which were our absolute... favorite, but is the cheesy bread sticks. They have special discounts such as family and Military packages, (if you are Militaryaffiliated). You can pre-order online but orders can no longer be placed over the phone. Read more

This, surprisingly, was a rather clean location! It's rare to come across clean Chuckee Cheeses lol. The employees were really... nice too! We had a birthday party for 25 and the pizza came out relatively quick every time we ordered rounds. Read more
