Went in to order two pepperoni pizzas and one jalapeño pizza. They ring me up for the two pepperoni pizzas and for wings. I... never order wings. I tell them I didn't order wings and tell them the order again . When I see the receipt she charges me forone pepperoni and one jalapeño pizza. By now I been waiting over 20 minutes for the pizzas. Television advertise the Phnceroni pepperoni pizza. So my husband and I went in to pick one up at 6:20 PM. Behind the register... is a sign that says fresh and ready fancy Roni pepperoni from 4 PM to 8 PM. When we ordered one the cashier said you?ll have towait 10 to 15 minutes. I teased him and read to him the sign behind the register. We of course graciously waited our allotted 10 to 15 minutes. When our time had passed, he handed us our pizza and we left. I told my husband to put it in the backseat soit wouldn?t be too hot on his lap, but he said that wasn?t necessary. It certainly wasn?t that pizza was cold like cardboard andjust all-around a dreadful experience. little caesar?s is my family?s favorite pizza. we?ve ordered from multiple chains and never had an issue. however every time we... order from the covina chain, the pizza always comes with barely any sauce and cheese. the crust is always like 2-3 inches widewhich isn?t normal. we also order the cheese bread that only had cheese in the middle. this isn?t the first time this hashappened and we we?ll never buy from the covina chain again. What can I say? It's a pizza chain and it's very close by to the house LOL the last time I ordered, they were very generous... because I asked for a thin crust, and somehow either the clerk or the programming messed up, and gave me a regular pizza. But heasked me if I waited 10 more minutes, they were going to make the thin crust pie and I could keep both the regular crust and thethin. Worst, most poorly-run Little Caesars location in a seven mile radius. The workers are a joke, one attitude-laden slow fool... wears earbuds while working the front counter so amazingly he can't hear you all the time. The other three guys are laughable,including the Latino shift manager at night, with an attitude that literally says "I don't want to be here." The guy who boxesthe pizza actually puts the hot dirty pan on the inside of the box before putting the pizza in it. Terrible location. Read more
I arrived at 7:50 to Little Caesars and was not attend to until 7:59. The customer service is bad, employees talking and one... employee was on the phone via headphones. My daughter's favorite but this place is always packed. The wait tends to be long since they hardly ever have any pizza ready,... I'm guessing because they're always busy. It's better to order in the app and just pick it up. Went today to get a pizza, thegirl told me 10 minutes and it ended up being 27 minutes. The girl taking orders was not friendly, some guy even complainedabout the girl not greeting him. Read more
