Wow. This was a great experience. We went around 5pm on a Tuesday and it was wonderful. Our server was attentive and friendly.... She got is everything we needed. We ate the Wild West Shrimp (soooo good). I ordered a medium NY strip with mashed potatoes(potatoes are, like, a 2* side). Steak was cooked perfectly. Husband order a filet Pittsburg rare and it was perfect for him! Hesaid it was tied with the best filet he'd ever had! (Shout out to Jesse on the grill!!) He got the Smokehouse Mac & Cheese and Iregret not getting that because man it was sooooo good. We finished our meal with a molten lava cake. So yummy! We were sostuffed, but couldn't stop ourselves from eating it all! Read more
If I could give no stars then I would, Chris was our waiter or shall I say the person assigned to my table? nothing was quick... about him? oh wait he was fast when he brought the check! Ordered take out tonight 10/10/22 and everything was wonderful - I believe the Togo lady?s name was Mia or something close to... that , she was amazing! Very nice , helped me get my order placed and brought it to me with a smile ! Got home and everything weasked for was in the bag including the extra sauces and condiments! The waiter was super nice and accommodating, we received everything in a timely manner, and the food was delicious.
I frequent the Covington Long Horn often for lunch and dinners and I prefer sitting at the bar because of the fantastic service... I receive from Channel. She is always happy and friendly, she goes out of her way to make sure your dinning experience isawesome. Her excellent customer service keeps me coming back! Read more
Christopher was very dry. His attitude was awful as if he didn't want to be at work. I had to ask for bread for our table. My... daughter ordered the 6oz steak with RR shrimp. He brings the steak out without the shrimp. When I asked him about her shrimp hestates he didn't hear her order any shrimp. Sir it comes with the steak. Just say I forgot and they'll be out shortly. But no hejust had attitude for no reason. I thought it was just my table getting treated like that. No every table in his area. Justgiving attitude. Recently I posted a negative review for this Longhorn location. I had tried the "to-go" service and had quite a few problems. I... reviewed the store detailing the entire episode. Guest relations reached out immediately following the review to make thingsright. I was very pleased and impressed with the handling of the complaint. Guest relations did a wonderful job. After Longhornreached out to me I wanted to give the "to-go" service another try. So, tonight I ordered online again and picked up the foodoutside. I ordered the Porterhouse with a side of shrimp, salad and a baked sweet potato. Of course the most important part ofthe meal is the steak. I ordered medium rare. The steak was perfect. Charred on the outside but red inside. Very juicy andflavorful. I ordered ranch dressing with the salad. I've always enjoyed the Longhorn ranch dressing. This time was no different.It was excellent. See pictures. There were no issues with the pickup of the food this time and everything was cooked correctly.I will continue to patronize this location and may do the to-go option again soon. Their steaks are nothing like they used to be ten years ago. Quality is worse than what you buy at a grocery store. Always... cooked more than you want. It's almost like they are pre made and sitting under at lamp at a fast food establishment. Whichthen explains why they are tough. Service and atmosphere is good but not amazing. But i won't be attending long horns anymoredue to their food is not that good for what the price is. Read more
