When you're used to paying Little Ceasars prices (for pretty good quality pizza if I may add), Papa John's (and basically any... other pizza place besides Stevie B's) is a bit pricey. That is the only thing I could complain about with this delivery/orderexperience. They made a really good veggie thin crust w/o sauce though, which makes it matter a little less! Read more

We don't like delivery from Papa John's on 278 in Covington GA since Papa John's utilizes Door Dash. We always go to the store... to p/u our orders. I recommend that this store request customers to circle back around when the order isn't ready. We waited 15+min behind a customer since their order wasn't ready. When we received our order, the pizza did not have extra cheese. I've hada similar issue when the only thing ordered was a pizza bowl, the bowl had nothing that we ordered and we had the same issue, anotification that our order was ready and someone else's wasn't so 29 waiting and the order was not correct. I have been ordering from this Papa Johns location for about ten years. The service I've received has been consistently great.... The handful of times in which something went wrong with my order (usually minor things), the workers/managers have swiftlyrectified things by providing replacement items, etc. A couple of the stand-out people here are Jaylnn, Aleksandr, and severalmanagers, who always have gone out of their way to ensure a good experience for my family. Don?t waste your time and money here! Our last experience waiting for a pizza months ago was horrible. The ?service? was... nonexistent and so was the flavor. This time no taste whatsoever because we couldn?t even get any food. You search them onGoogle. The posted hours reads they are open until midnight. We decide at 11:00 to call the posted number and try them again onour way through Covington. Well, first strike is that the posted number goes to an ?order taking center,? which is ignorant speak for Call Center. Why can?t people just call a spade a spade?!?! Moving on? strike two is that we were informed by someonethat clearly did not grow up in this region as it was more than difficult to understand this man on the other end of the phoneattempting to explain to us the fact that while the store may be open (as advertised) until midnight that they stop taking phoneorders at 10:25 for carry out. He explained that they only do delivery orders for the remainder of the time. By this time we areonly one mile from the store so we go up to the drive through window. We asked if we could place an order and have it?delivered? to the parking lot. He asked the manager. Strike three. Read more

I don't know if they have new management or not but this location this so bad now. My order is always wrong. And when they say... 45 minutes they mean 2 hour. I ordered a pizza at 4:45 and it's 6:46 and I still don't have my pizza. And this is a creditpizza because the last order was wrong and cold and the price was different ???????????????? Update, it is now 7:30. No pizza.I asked to speak with a manager. He got on the phone And I ask for the district manager number. He gave me the the number tosomeone name Brad. Brad hung up on me. This place is a joke. Update I just canceled the pizza it's still waiting to deliveredat 8 Read more

This location must not use a clock, ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:15, pizza was ready at 5:45. Ordered extra cheese and... there was less than normal cheese. NY style crust is a gimmick, not anywhere close to NY style. The only positive was thestuffed crust was actually decent, one we reheated it. Little Caesar?s is a much better option next door Read more
