Ordered online at 5:40. Estimated delivery time was 6:40. At 7:40, I called to find out why my food hadn?t been delivered, since... I received no text that my food had been delivered, my order status had disappeared from the app, and the website showed it asstill being out for delivery. The order had been delivered to the wrong address, and LEFT ON THEIR PORCH (which I found out muchlater). My address is on my mailbox, and are the street numbers for every single other house near me. The MOD didn?t really seemto care, and offered to send out a remake, but by this time it was getting late, so I went and picked it up. She offered tocredit the delivery charge. Not the $10 tip the driver got for ditching my dinner on someone else?s porch, though. The remadefood was hot, good, and the pizza looked better than it usually does (toppings evenly distributed, and in correct amounts) butit was late, but my kids and I were really hungry, so that may have helped. I understand delivery mess ups, as I worked as amanager for PH for a number of years, and have been on the other side. I know what it?s like, so I remained polite, and tried tobe understanding, without letting my frustration loose on people just trying to work, but again, there was no concern orremorse. We used to call people if food wasn?t deliverable. I can?t say how many times we got ?I was in the shower? or someother excuse for not answering the door. I was sitting on my couch waiting, checking every few minutes to make sure the drivewayand front door were lit up. Nobody called, and the app never notified me it had been delivered. Also, why would you leavesomebody?s hot food sitting on a porch in cold weather?!? After waiting over a extra hour for our order, I received a completely wrong order! I called to find out what happened to my... order and yes I was upset, I cursed at the employee as he was trying to overtalk me and tell me that I was wrong. as I wastrying to explain he hung up on me. I called the store back and it was the store manager she did not say her name. they triedtelling me that I had to bring the order up there to them the next morning. that they do not send out drivers to fix messed uporders. I demanded That my order be fixed that evening or I wanted a Refund. Finally they were "OK" with sending out anotherdriver. they did not take the messed up order back but for the experience I had with this order I can not believe theunprofessionalism this store employees! Pull up at 6:50p, ordered 1 xtra ch parmesan melt and 1 pep xtra melt. Was told 15 mins, pulled around to window at 7:10p had to... wait until 7:25p for the young girl to tell us they burnt one melt and didn?t cook the other. She says pull up and it?ll be 15more mins. 7:50p knock on door to get order and they give completely the wrong order. Not even close to what I ordered. 7:58psomeone brings out the melts and 1 is still made incorrectly. I had to ask for sauce and only received 1 for 4 melts. Paid for extra cheese and sauce on one pizza and got home to find there was barely any cheese or sauce. All 3 Pizzas had the... same tiny amount of cheese and sauce. Pizzas were also very dry and over cooked. Read more

The pizza I got was delicious. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't busy at all during lunch hour. It is a tad pricey compared... tp.other pizza places I've been to, but it's worth it for the flavor! They don't have fountain drinks, they have bottles in afridge. Read more
I ordered a medium pizza, a new melt thingy, and cheese sticks and all of it arrived crushed and cold and all of it tasted like... cinnamon sugar. I called to address the situation and am currently on hold as I type this and have been on hold 34 mins. Nothingfrom anyone. Highly unsatisfied with everything. And nothing is done about anything.
