We walked up to the counter no one greeted us. Stood there several minutes finally was acknowledged. The place wasn't spotless I... will say that very disappointed because this Zaxby's at this location used to be a very nice place it'll be questionable if weever go back. The staff here are unfriendly and I did a mobile order in hopes that my food would be ready when I got here. When I arrived to... get my mobile order the lady told me that it had not been made yet. ?Okay, that?s fine. No big deal?. After watching manycustomers come in and leave with food while I had been standing there for 15 plus minutes, I said something to the othercashier. She reached behind the counter to grab our food that had been sitting there the whole time. My thoughts being ?there?sno telling how long it?s been sitting there while we have been standing here and how cold it has gotten?. common sense would?vetold her if you seen someone standing and waiting patiently after They had told you that they had a mobile order that you wouldask if the order had been taken care of or if you were in need of something. Food was reasonably good but fries were stale. I know it?s hard to keep them fresh though. Overall a great meal.

Don't bother to get fried pickles here. I got home and there was 14 pickles in the box. I have never ever seen someone put so... little in one of the boxes. The employees where really sweet tho. Read more

I should have known this location has gone downhill by the empty parking lot and 1 car in front of me at 12:45 ! This location... used to have cars lined up out into the street. I took one bite of the Signature sandwich, it was rubbery and fries soggy. Itook it back and they gave me a new burger but same soggy fries. I couldn?t figure out why it tasted so salty but they probablyadded salt to spite me for asking for what I paid for. I wasn?t mean or anything, just told them My food was cold. I can eatLays salt and vinegar chips all day long with no issues. Has this happened to anyone else? They got me good! I feel awful,thirsty, bloated, and it?s hard to breathe!
