Went there Nov 10th at 8:51pm. No salad, no tongue torch sauce. So I ordered 5 fingers and a side of fries. They charged me... that, $10.14 and I got 3 fingers with some fries and no seasoning on them. Worst run Zaxby's I've ever been to. It's the lack of urgency for me. The young lady took my order so fast, then ran off. Once she gave the price, I knew that it was... wrong, so I ordered on the app. The store was backed up, so they had plenty of time to make my food. I was about the 5th or 6thcar in line. Once getting to the window, the guy said, "It ain't ready yet"..So I drove up. There was no communicationregarding the status of my order, so I called. They mentioned that they had a lot of mobile orders which is not an excuse.Additionally, I asked for a refund but the manager never came to the phone the first time. I called back and she immediatelycame to the phone. She stated, "I don't know how long it will take me to process your refund because I need a register and theline is long"....so I let her know that I would take it up with my bank. Usually when I order the fried pickles from other Zaxby?s they are fresh, a little crispy and hot. These fried pickles are soft... and lumpy?. Ugh? SMH!! Just uploaded 2 more pictures of a recent Cobb Salad from your establishment and you are still selling burnt chicken. Please... get another cook and tell them to improve or they will be fire!! ====8 months ago====== My child went to pickup a salad for me. When I decided to eat it the first thing I saw was the black bottom of the chicken. Upon opening it, my nose was met by thesmell of burnt chicken plus they gave me scraps. Since they had already left to go pick up some furniture, I was left withpicking out the chicken in order to eat something with my medication. I included the receipt to verified that it was purchasetoday and at which location. This store employees knew that they had burnt this chicken and decided to send it out to theircustomer.
