I've visited this Arby's several times because it is at such a location that I pass it at about lunch time on my drive home from... Iowa. Old left overs curly fries. Fried in old sour oil that makes fries sour. And yes chicken is cut into pieces to fit the bun.
Food is nasty. Always out of things. Sandwiches always look like preparers just slap them together no pride in making . Meat... never looks fresh very sloppy and heavily greasey. Not worth the high price customers pay for meal. Read more
Ordered the 2 for 6 chicken ranch sandwiches. Next time I'll pass. Chicken wasn't chicken it was broken up chicken stripes to... fit on the bun. The stripes were dry and hard. It was supposed to have ranch dressing, they were out. Said put mayo on it andgive me extra horsey sauce, they forgot. Was supposed to have lettuce and tomatoes on it, no tomatoes barely any lettuce. Literally walk from the store to my vehicle and it was ice cold with the first bite. After that the entire sandwich fell apartbecause of the broken up chicken bits. A big waste of money. New smokehouse rib sandwich. Very meaty. Good flavor for a fast food restaurant.
