Super rude. Was there for about thirty minutes. I set a mobile order and came in once the app said they were having issues with... the order. Was told they didn?t have it in the system even though I had been charged. The lady told me I wouldn?t be chargedeven though I showed her I was. The manager blew us off and said to dispute it with our bank. I had used rewards for the orderto get a sandwich and they tried telling me I had none available. Before the order I had over 2000 but after I set the order ittook out the rewards and showed I had only 500. Because of this both the associate and the manager blew us off and lookedaround us to help the next customer. I?ve never had such a bad experience somewhere before in my life. As someone who has workedjobs like those I try to be respectful and not rude but that was out of line. Read more
Like all other McDonald's this place has fast service the staff is extremely friendly, I got my food quickly, it was hot and... good, my order was correct I was overall happy with my experience here. Read more
The food is McDonald's but better. The fries are hot, the meat hot, and the cheese melted! It's the BEST McDonalds in town!
Well the staff is super nice but service is a 3 at best. They dnt have anybody to work so I get half of it but the ones who do... although nice can not ever seem to get my order right. It's nothing hard either. So I give them 3 stars, with room to improve! Read more

I've hesitated to write a review on this McDonald's location in order to give management the opportunity to work the bugs out... that naturally come with a new store. Enough, however is enough! This location continues to be plagued with broken equipment,particularly the Smoothie and Shake machines. It has gotten so bad that I normally call in advance to see if the machines areworking. Tonight, Saturday at 7:40 p.m., the drive-thru line was extremely long and not moving. I noticed that the second lanewas closed and blocked by a cone. After 10 minutes of sitting still, I decided to get out of line and go inside. It was 7:50and the doors were locked. I truly feel sorry for the employees. The store is clearly understaffed and I'm sure the staff thatis working suffers from the wrath of fed up customers. I guess it's back to Arby's on 63 for me. Read more
Horrible customer service. I used the Mobile app to place my order. It errored as it almost always does so I had to go inside.... No one would come to the counter to even see what we needed. Just continued to process other orders. After about 20 to 30minutes they finally checked on us. All this to have them say they don't have our order in the system despite the fact that Ihad the code and the order on my phone right there. Asked if I wanted to start the order over. Lol yeah I have another 30minutes to waste. Manager on duty was overwhelmed and horribly rude to everyone that ordered inside. Read more
