I've ordered there many times before and they delivered from this store. Not today. I tried my order twice and was told our... order was canceled because they don't deliver there anymore and to call Ludlow. The second person to call me was very rude tome. I called Ludlow and they said to call Latonia. I ended up ordering Papa John's. I'm never ordering Domino's again. Read more
Placed online order for a large ham, pineapple and extra cheese pizza. Store supposed to open at 10:30 and door was still... locked when I arrived at noon. Pizza was supposed to be ready by then but hadn't yet been made. Only one employee who movedslowly and talked on her phone the whole time I was there. When I finally got my pizza 20+ minutes late, it had no extra cheeseand minimal other toppings. Management needs to correct a number of problems at this location. Read more
The RUDEST staff. My pizza was supposed to be done when I got there, took almost 30 extra minutes to get my food. Spoke to 4... employees total all rude, all ended up closing the window in my face and not returning. Now that I have the pizza it?s ofterrible quality. After waiting for 30 minutes for my order I was in the process of paying for it when I noticed everything coming out of the oven... was burnt. Only after another employee came in he said they forgot to put the mat under the pans that's why they were coming outburnt. They offered to remake my sandwich but I was not going to wait another 30 minutes. Read more
Such a slow operating center. There is eveytime a 5 mins wait for someone to even to come and check on you to pick your order... and get the payment from you. They would even see that a customer is waiting at the window but not even bother to come to helpthem. I can understand if they are busy but can't be everytine when thr front desk does not have any customer. And food qualityis horrible. Day by day the way the make the food basically feels like a charity to the customers. I just keep ordering in thislocation as it is the close one to me. I literally pray for it to be good and they mess the food up horribly bad eveytime. Idon't have time to go back and have a conversation. Hence posting the review here hoping they make a course correction. They cancontact me in case if any more details in the review I have posted. I have been taking photos. We ordered about 50 dollars worth of food and the online wasn?t working it kept saying to contact the store. So i called and... placed my order the stuffed cheese bread is really hard and my pizza was supposed to be the Buffalo chicken pizza with a couplemodifications and my hoagie wasn?t supposed to have onions. Whoever took my order messed my order up and my father in law pickedmy food up and once he got home I noticed our food was made wrong. I called and kindly asked if they could just remake my pizzathe way I asked for it to be made and to remake the stuffed cheese bread because I paid 50 dollars for this meal that wasn?tmade correctly. I even said I would bring the food back up without it ate off of and the lady said since it wasn?t on thereceipt the way I ordered it she won?t remake my pizza that she will only replace the stuffed cheese bread. Walked into the Latonia store to order a pizza a few days ago and was told a large 2 topping pizza was $15.99 and a 1 topping... pizza was $9.99. How is that even possible? I walked out. Was obvious they didn't want to wait on me at all but finally did.A few months ago I wasn't waited on at all and walked out. This was my first time back. Do they not take walk-ins anymore? Just trash . Some of these workers are lucky they don?t get snatched through the window. I usually have no problems with the... people or my food but tonight there was medium skin toned man who got smart with my mother over something we ordered that theyforgot ( after not coming to the window when we pulled up for about 10 mins ) had to reverse so the bell would ding again andget there attention. very unprofessional .
