Jay was our server he works ONLY Monday's & Tuesday's. He was the ONLY server he did exceptional waiting on everyone. Unlike... short staffed places that have 2 or more server's that can't work the room & floor like Jay did. After 2 PM is when we went toeat. (I miss their liver & onion's that is no longer on the menu.)Food was good & hot. Service was fast & accurate. Thank youJay your service was excellent & I will be returning in the near future. I brought my family here. It was our first time at a Big Boys. The family loved the quality of food and the food was ready... quickly. My children were being wild so the manager brought them each a cup filled with small toys and candy. It kept themoccupied and really kept their focus. I will definitely be back. Read more

We had a horrible experience tonight our waitress complained ever time she came to our table . How she didn't want to be there... , she has stuff to do , complained about her co worker. Telling us she was leaving first tonight and if they don't like it theycan fire me . He coworker walked past our table when we were ordering and said don't get fish dinner it terrible . Our waitresssaid no it good then she came out said it gonna be a while before your food comes out the manager is teaching someone how tocook . When our food did come out it was cold , my husband had to wait for his food and did not get it until Iwhen up to thecounter and said something. We waited for close to 10 minutes to cash out . Went to lunch with 2 friends. We all ordered the Craft cheeseburger platter which comes with choice of 2 sides. Food was warm... and flavorful. Good service. We were there about 2pm. Only a few additional customers there. Read more

My husband Dave came in to the Kyles Lane Big Boy at 20 minutes before closing time on Thursday, October 20, not knowing whether... he would get good service. He had a very nice server, Samantha, who took care of him right away. His Big Boy sandwich camequickly, and he told me that it was one of the best burgers he had ever had. The meat was juicy and tasty, and the sandwich wasmade perfectly. He will return to this Big Boy location again because of the great service and the quality of the food.
