I love the food! Nothing is wrong with it. What I didn't like was seeing the manager arguing with a customer over an overcharge.... Then said manager yelled at an employee for not having a pen and another employee for a malfunction on one of the orderingscreens. The manager was making it a hostile work place. I don't even work there and felt stressed. Read more

I eat at the Latonia location quite often and just got a burger that was pretty disgusting. I asked for it plain and well done... it's not well done and it's not plain. The burger bun is soaked with grease and gooey and I'm totally disappointed, don't knowif I'll be returning there again Read more
I simply love this gold star. It is the only one where you can get garlic parmesan fries and a chili cheese burger. I drive 25... minutes out the way to good here. Great food, really awesome staff! Read more
