We had a great low-key meal here: beers and brats. (Can you beat that?). Limited menu because there is just a grill behind the... bar, but there is plenty to choose from if you like burgers and brats. The staff were very friendly. Even the patrons were supernice and welcoming. Decor makes you feel like you?re walking though past decades. Good spot. Highly recommended. Old style tavern (opened 1939!): Orders tracked on a paper note, go up to bar to order, cash only. Full of locals there to enjoy... a beer with each other. Burgers were fantastic, well seasoned, cooked well, bacon nice and crispy, fried egg, delicious bun.Simple and straight to the point, super reasonable prices. Walked in being referred to this place by a good friend. Had high expectations and they delivered. Quick and friendly. Stocks... Grippo chips for their sides ???????? Wasn't warned about it being cash only so heads up on that. They do have an ATM and thefee is small so it's not too bad but try and have cash. Smaller place with limited seating so be patient.
