I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for potato wedges. When they brought my food finally, they had forgotten my drink.
I got the Wednesday special. I got the spicy and it was a little too hot for me. And they forgot to put my potato wedges in... with my meal. I called and they said they would give me a credit for later. Read more
Would rate lower if possible. Went there 10:30 am on 9/7. Female that waited on us was very rude and even more unprofessional.... Ordered 3 combo meals. She didn?t ask or offer drinks that should have been included. When we asked if drinks came with combo?s,she replied ?yes if you ask,if not too bad?,, she then slammed a ?single? cup on the counter, not 3 cups. Drink tasted flat,like the machine had never been cleaned. The sides order tasted dated & not eatable. Worse customer service I have everexperienced!! No thanks given after the transaction. A coworker and I recently had very bad experiences from three different Popeyes locations and we both decided we were done with... chicken for lunch for awhile. We laughed as we drove passed this particular location, but as a bet we decided to give this placea try. I love chicken tenders but can never find a Chick fillet with less than two rings of cars around them at lunch time. Isay that to say Chick fillet is known to have great tenders. I'm blown away the owner of the Lees in latonia continues to employ the workers working there now and have been working... there. The attitudes are awful. The one who took our orders at the front inside literally came up with sunglasses on slow as allget out and acting like she was aggravated we walked in. Probably hungover. The food looked barely cooked. I couldn't even eatit. Was going to ask to get a new plate but I didn't want to aggravate or inconvenience the workers. The owner needs to theirstuff together and look at all the bad reviews under their establishments review page. Read more
After I paid ,they left the drive thru window for 20 minutes! If I wasn't exhausted and poring rain I would of parked and ask... for a refund,I'm not sure what was going on, I usually NEVER complain,but the was not cool . My food was like warm driving home2 minutes away so they definitely weren't cooking it??????????????? indefinitely won't be back.. Read more
Very inconsistent with food quality. Restaurant is frequently dirty, with the tea and/or drink machine leaking fairly large... puddles. The biscuits were dark brown, hard, dry and inedible. The mac and cheese had hard noodles mixed in with way overcooked ones. The chicken tenders were semi edible. Half of them were too dry, the rest were actually good. The green beans werea mix of old and new. Just appeared to have been food left under a warmer too long. Manager states that their policy was toremove anything unsold after 4 hours under the warmer. FOUR hours?? She was very kind and offered to replace the meal. We optedto pass and find dinner elsewhere. Read more
Bad Customer Service. I could not even order because she was so disrespectful. If you are going to allow your employees to speak... to people nasty like that, you might as well give the food away for free or shut it down. Read more
