Drive thru is always ridiculously slow. Sat there for 14 minutes with no movement at all. Try to walk in to place my order and... the doors are locked despite dinners being in the lobby. Absolutely hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And it'severy single time we come to this location! I wouldn't have even given the one star if it were an option to do so! Read more
Went to the drive thru, outside lane. I sat and waited for 3 cars to be waited on in the inside la before I was ever ... acknowledged. I said something to the employee when I made it to the window. Gave me a story that didn't make any sense. No apologies. Just rudeness. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. Customer service does not exist anymore Read more
Ah yes, the local McDonald's. Only rating 3 stars, not any problems with the food it is really good and filling, but it's a... little too good... if you look it up online, you will find that the top CEO of McDonald's corporation has never eaten or triedthe food from his own business. He said quote on quote "You would never catch me eating that stuff." Besides that though, younever fail to serve delicious food and drinks at an affordable price. My food here always is 3 star quality, McDonald's quality,at least it's not burger king or arbys. Read more
Sat I drive through for 30 some odd mins got the wrong order notices before I pulled off my nest order drove off was completely... and half the cost of what I paid for tried both doors due to drive through being packed they were both locked. And banged on thedoor and and called then countless times cause i was running late for work they wouldn't answer either and they just looked atme through the glass I laughing. Never got a refund or my food!!! Read more
I guess that the cooks at McDonald's forgot how to cook I've worked at McDonald's and I made sure that the food was always fresh... no matter how busy you were got sick off of this will not eat here again either Read more
One star cause I had to. Food was horrible, service was horrible... If I hadn't been as hungry as I was I would have drove off.... Wanted a small McNugget meal, "they don't come in small! You wanna medium or large instead?" Nope I'll just go hungry thanks!One word of advice. Put the salt shaker down and pick up a rag instead if your just trying to look busy. Read more
