I had ordered a large pizza half pep 2 liter and 16 Buffalo wings last night after work. I ordered about 10:30 and received my... food around 11:30 fine no biggie. I get my food pizza was fine and they didn't forget my 2 liter. My wings on the underhand wereundercooked. I never call and complain I worked in the field I understand people tend to call with bs. But, I had a legit issueand once calling was told I was "bold face lying because the wings are precooked"cool that may be but you still need to cookthem thru the oven. Then after saying that I get hung up on. Now I'm furious I call right back and wait on hold for 30 minutesjust for the manager in charge to tell me she isn't giving me any food or my money back. Very unprofessional. I let that go andasked for the store manager number she replied with she won't be back until Thursday. Fine cool can I have the district managernumber? I'm not giving you that. I never leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa Johns was so outrageously bad that I couldn't not share this experience.... For starters, no one working there would even acknowledge my presence, let alone assist me. The first few minutes I chalked itup to they needed to finish their tasks, but then I realized they would really leave me standing there til the end of the nightif I didn't demand service. Then, I told the lady that I had an order and what the order was, and I could tell she wasn'tlistening/didn't care and mumbled something about it probably not being in oven. She then disappeared and when she came back Isaid "Excuse me, is it not ready?" and she looked at me and yelled "I DON'T KNOW". Now I had ordered this pizza 30 minutes priorso I knew it was ready and after a long day of work I really just wanted to get my pizza and go home so I said "Can you CHECK?!"and she begrudgingly went over and gets my order for me. When I checked it in the car there was only the pizza and none of thegarlic cups that I ordered, so unfortunately I had to go back inside. When I entered, it sounded like she was threatening hercoworker and they were screaming at each other. Again I had to make significant effort to get attention so that I could get themissing garlic cups. I have never had such a shocking and horrible customer service experience before. I'm not sure of a lot inlife, but I'm sure I will never be returning to this place!! Just want a pizza, not verbal abuse. I'm only giving them 2 starsbecause pizza was still bussin. Read more
I ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight. One With bacon and the other one with Philly steak. They didn?t bother to spread the bacon... nor the Philly Steak across my pizza in stead they put in in the middle and cooked it. I?m 100 percent Dissatisfied with thequality of the pizza Read more
Normally I would give 4-5 stars but my experience last night was just AWFUL ???? I ordered 2 of the papa bowls and boy they were... the worst me and family has had since they've came out,usually they are worth the money last nights dinner barely had ANYTHINGin them let alone the little bit that was in both bowls was burnt all the way around and the rest ya had to scrape off so wewon't be ordering these anymore ????
