As I was backing in a parking spot at the store this little blue car honks at me and pulls in the spot ahead of me. It turns out... that she is one of the managers there. I ended up leaving and going across the freeway to eat, drink beer, and watch the game.This BWW used to be packed but if this is the way they train their management staff I see why they are loosing customers. Courteous service with a smile. Huge problem with condensation from the air conditioning dripping all over the dining area. I... don't want that in my food and it was freezing! Try the brisket tater tots! They were amazing. Read more
Very good food! We had a large party for our grandsons birthday and our waiter, Payton was amazing. He was very understanding... and very caring to our every need. Our food came out in a timely manor and for as many kids as we had everything was right, thatwe ordered. Thank you to Payton and the cook staff for an enjoyable evening. Read more
Ordered take out at my local BWW Devin who took my order over the phone was so nice and offered a few limited time offers. I... went with the Buffalo bird dawg and it looked and tasted amazing. Great service and great food!! Read more
I have never had a worst experience at a BWW. I love this chain and have grown up eating it. However, this particular store is... by far the worst I have been to. When we went to pick up our food, 6 people past us and never greeted us once. The boy thateventually asked if we needed something told us they were waiting on our order. After waiting 15 minutes, it turns out it wassitting on the counter the whole time. This along with our fries being soggy and cold and our wings being dry and old has notonly happened this visit but the last three. If you are looking for a wing place in the Covington area, I suggest the WOWrestaurant near Rouses. The managers and owners need to have a serious meeting on hospitality with their staff. Read more
This one star is because the service was okay. My fiancé and I came for a late lunch. Arrived at about 3:45pm, the restaurant... had maybe five other tables. We got our appetizer, fried pickles, within 10-15 minutes of ordering them. They were awful- soggyand undercooked. We ordered a total of 30 wings and large fries. Hadn't been in maybe 2 years because I was never that thrilled with their food, but it wasn't a disappointing visit. Not very... thrilling either. Staff: great, prompt, courteous. 5/5 stars if I were rating just the staff. Dirty Dubs Tots: good flavor,but not enough toppings. If it had a lot more meat on it I'd be happier with the 11$ price tag on a tater tot appetizer. CheeseCurds: good enough for what they are, but they really are kind of plain. Boneless wings: about how I remember. Mostly breading,but cooked well. Sauces are exactly how I remember BWW sauces tasting. If I had a really bad itch for wings I might go back,but there is a much better option for boneless wings maybe five minutes away. Read more
didn't start cooking my food until my wife was almost finished eating and only because I asked where was my food did they begin... my order. the chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. they charged for the dipping sauce. had to ask for napkins. we won't beback. Read more
