This has got to be the worst BK I've been to. First, we couldn't dine in. Second, the workers seemed disinterested in taking... our orders at the drive through. Third, after receiving our food, the person at the window slammed the door with no thank you;have good evening; kiss my ...; nothing! Turned his back and walked away. Fourth, the buns on the burgers were so dry it wasflaking on my friend and I's whoppers. The burgers had way too much ketchup and mayo and no napkins! We were traveling fromout of state. There was no soap in the ladies restroom nor napkins. The toilet paper was not in the dispensers. The wait was over 15... minutes. The cashier was extremely rude. Only one person was wearing gloves . There was no sense of urgency. They werecalling one another names, and noone was greeted. This is the worst experience ever! Read more

Worst burger king ever. The guy working the drive thru won't speak over a whisper. He moves VERY slow. (No one in line in front... of me) I eat my fries with mayo not ketchup, so I requested 'a bunch of mayo packs' . He gave me two... but hey, at least he putSIX ketchup packets in the bag with ketchup all over the outside of every one! The reciept doesn't include the store number,which is required for the online survey... who would have guessed? A year ago I would have gotten two whoppers with cheese for$6. Now i get a #1 for over $10 with cold, old fries and a dried out bun drowned in sauce with a handful of pickles. Keep inmind as you read this feedback that I worked bars and restaurants for 27 years so I don't sweat the small stuff and I can tellwhen it's busy or not. Avoid this dumpster! I'll never return! I wanted to thank you for helping me finally quit fast food. Sign said 2 for 4. Charged 2 for 5. I said 2 for 4 when I ordered.... The 2 for 5 was doubles, according to the broken sign, I was served single. Said nothing just charged me more. For smaller foodthan it used to be. Also y'all should be absolutely ashamed of the service. Had no reason to cop an attitude with me, I didn'tgive you one. I'm sorry you don't like your job, but you sure ain't worth more money, smaller food, and an attitude. Biscuit isterrible, by the way. Strong taste of fake butter. I will never eat burger king again. I walked in to order take out about 11 am on a Friday (I'm staying at the Holiday Inn next door) the Gal at the counter had the... personality of a box of rocks. No Smile. No Greeting. When I attempted to engage her in conversation by asking about the icedcoffee she seemed annoyed. The quality or taste of the food kind of becomes irrelevant with that kind of service. Personallywould not have attempted to return if it was not Literally outside my hotel room door. I originally planned to give the service3 stars because we did enjoy the food, until I went back this morning 8/6 at 8:45 and the doors were locked. I just purchased food from this location and received a Burger with a hard Bun and looked as if it had been microwaved. I also... purchased an original chicken sandwich with my order and it was black around the edges and the mayo was not white,it was clearin color which tells me it had sat around for some time before selling it. I walked inside the get something to eat before I had to go to work. The door was open. The worker immediately was rude and said... ?the lobby closed?. I said so I have to sit in the drive thru to get something to eat? She says yes the lobby is closed. Thentold her coworker to go lock the door behind me!!
