I?m new to the area, and I ate inside here on my first night in Covington. There was a really nice man who worked here. He was... a cook and was great. He treated me well and was working hard. The nuggets I just got for my son are cold and rock hard. there so dry they snap in half. He cant even try to eat them because... even though they asked about sauce two times it didn't end up in the bag, then my the hamburger I ordered was wrong and cold.This is the last time I ever got to this location because they just don't care about there customers or their jobs Read more

Our local franchise used to be a cut above the other fast food choices available. Within the past year or so, service and food... quality have both become somewhat uneven.
