Something is wrong with the chicken. We ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers for the 3rd different time tonight along... with the buffalo chicken sandwich. Like the previous experiences the chicken was awful. It's rubbery, has a weird texture and itdoesn't taste right. Everyone who tried it said the exact same so this wasn't just my opinion. I couldn't eat more than 2 bitesof the sandwich. I don't know what changed. Both of these dishes used to be really good. But I don't think I'll push my luckanymore with either of these items. My experiences were all at the Covington location. I have not been to another Chili'srecently so I'm not sure if it's an issue at this location only or others also. Read more

Good service for a chili's gotta say. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the food took ages to come out even with a... nearly empty restaurant as this was late at night. Read more

Always had good food and great service. Only problem I had was a few months ago I accidentally paid twice on their machine. I... never was able to get to speak to the manager. I was never able to get my $40 overpayment. This time they said I might get agift card but unfortunately they didn't have any. I will always let the waitress get my payment and get a receipt from now on Read more

It was a very pleasant lunch experience. Our server was excellent and attentive. I got Chili's house salad with chicken and... a bowl of potato soup. My daughter got chicken sandwich with fries. The fries came out cold but they were quick to bring outa fresh hot batch to replace the cold ones. I would have given 5 stars but I felt like the restaurant could have been cleaner- it frankly smelled of old grease. Read more

If you are having issues in the kitchen let the customers know before seating them and wasting time. We ended up walking out... because the waitress told us no fry food are available after we were seated and waited 20 min to order. During the 20 min wewere seated no one came over to get any drink orders. Read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! First off, it took 30 min, and it's not busy. Ordered a kid quesadilla. It came burnt and harder... than tortilla chips. I was told "that's what they come like". Um....they shouldn't SNAP and have burnt cheese on them. Ordereda Buffalo chicken salad "without blue cheese" -- it looks like they tried to scrape it off in the kitchen orsomething--unsuccessfully, I still got a nice big bite of it. Usually you can pick around stuff, but not when it's stuck ontochicken in Buffalo sauce. Read more

Excellent service. Delicious food. Great atmosphere, even on Black Friday! We actually walked right in after all our shopping... and, although it was packed with customers, we were seated almost immediately. Our server was very nice, very accommodating, made lots of eye contact, and smiled with every stop at our table. She made us feel like she truly wanted us to have anenjoyable experience, and love our meal; we did both! My husband and I shared the 2 for $25, and I got the half rack of ribswith original BBQ sauce, while he got the hamburger. We both had fries for our sides, and my ribs came with a small dish ofcoleslaw. Of course, no trip to Chili's would be complete without the customary chips and salsa, which we thoroughly loved! Wewent through 2 plates of chips and ordered a 3rd (which we ended up taking home), and had 2 bowls of salsa (also taking somehome). Chili's now offers a ranch dip with the chips, which we ordered as well, and were hooked! The ranch dip is thick, creamy, rich, and delicious, and tasted homemade. Sadly, none of that ranch dip made it home with us! ???? A dessert was included withour meal, and we chose the chocolate chip cookie that is cooked in a small cast iron skillet, and then topped with vanilla icecream when served. It was outstanding, and -- for a fleeting moment -- I was actually sorry that I had stuffed down so many oftheir chips, because I could barely finish my half of the cookie. The cookie was very large, at least 3/4" thick at the edges, and bursting with gooey, melted chocolate chips. I wish I would have taken a photo of it, to include here, but I was so excitedwhen it was placed in front of us that everything else just left my mind, and I forgot to photograph it. We are very muchlooking forward to returning to this location, perhaps for my birthday in a couple weeks. Read more
