Visiting from Florida and do not usually leave reviews but the staff were not very nice at all. My kids had 550 tickets to spend... and after using 430 they said they had no more left but after I totaled it up I realized they lied because she wanted to go onbreak. We enjoy going. It's fun. Lately tho the young people working are very HURRY up at the end when my kids are getting their... prizes. I understand...it's time to close. But please work with small children and give them a full experience. They werehappy till the very end when they're told "we're closed" and it's 8:50 and they're prizes are tossed to them vs handed or placedon the table. It's a fun establishment, please keep the magic til the last guest leaves the building. Read more
Had my sons 3rd birthday party there and it was fantastic! Cashier was super helpful in answering questions, other team members... were nice and polite. Pizza was super cheesy and quite delicious. They were super packed when we went but all in all it was awonderful time there and I will be returning. Read more
Kids had fun. Pizza good. Salad bar was cold. A cold salad bar is a good thing. No need to apologize. I hate hot salad!

1st - so you know who owns highscore on basketball. 78 thats me. 2nd -We love going out for a fun family night at Chuck E.... Cheese. The pizza is great and the games are fun. They have great specials for any price range. I like doing the 2 cardsunlimited play. You get 60 minutes on each card so we use 1 card at a time if we want to stay for 2 hrs. The staff is nice theykeep everything sanitized and are quick to help when you need it. I give it 5 stars for a fun family night. If you are an adultthere with your kids I suggest get into it and play with them rather than stand off on the side an watch. They will love it andyou will enjoy it more. Read more
This is a far cry from the Chuck E. Cheese I went to as a kid. It's well lit, CLEAN and although the pizza is a little greasy... it's not bad. The kiddo enjoyed it and there were plenty of games to play on. It's easy and fun and the staff was superfriendly. Read more
The pizza was greasy and had definitely been sitting there awhile before coming out to the tables. Half the games didn't work... but took your points off the card anyway. When you alert the workers of a broken game they just transfer another piece of thegame over (say skeeballs) from another game and don't actually fix it. Booths/tables had old food sitting on them not beingcleared for over an hour. At least my kid had fun in the chaos with the games that did work Read more
