Felt kinda rushed being seated and ordering but I give it 5 stars for the phenomenal taste of the food and the laughter brought... on by the chef! He was very comical and good at his job! It was my first time sitting at the Hibachi bar and overall it was agreat experience thanks to the chef! It was my sons 18th birthday and he enjoyed himself and caught the egg in his mouth on the1st try! I ordered the Shrimp and the were cooked to perfection! One star was too much. Where do I start. We went in for Hibachi. There was a large party in another room across from ours and... the noise was overly obnoxious. Monopolizing the cooks apparently. . I had to ask host to close the door to the adjoining room.We couldnt even hear ourselves talk. .After taking our drink order and bringing soup n salads a half hour later coming andtaking our food order which was 20 minute wait for a drink order from the beginning and an hour after taking our dinner order Iwent and asked a host if they were going to send someone in to cook. Then they send a cook in we were visibly ticked. Hestarted prepping the grill and said the grill wasn't hot enough and left smiling and said hed be back in three minutes. After5 minutes and no cook Ide lost my patience. I found a host and paid for our drinks. No apologies no explanations as to why. I told them their service was terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Side note. All three women's toilets were backedup un ladies room. Very unsanitary. Staff were very unattentive. Couldn't rate the food since the service was so horrible wenever got to eat. Read more
I love this place! 2nd time I?ve ever been, first time was dine in with no problem at all. Second time was take out, I ordered... my own special kind of sushi roll and they accidentally forgot the smelt roe I gave them a quick call they said just bring itback in and they will take care of it for me. I went back and they remade it in a hurry and gave me a complimentary Erica bowl!They way to this girls heart is by free GOOD food! I sure am super happy right now! ???????????????????????????? This place was great! We had a lot of fun and our chef was fantastic. He made my fiance out of the rice and eggs and drew a face... out of sauce. We sang my fiance happy birthday while the chef did the onion volcano and it was a great time! Read more
Service was terrible. No smiles, bunch of servers sitting around on their phone's. The guy said sit where you 'd like so we sat... at a grill directly across from 3 others leaving 4 seats between. The server asked us to move over next to the other 3 people.We moved to a table in the dining area. No one else joined the 3 at that grill. STUPID! Food was pricey but good. Read more
I ordered the Snowcrab Roll, Cajun Roll, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Sesame Chicken for me and my husband. The Cajun Roll is by far... my favorite! It was so flavorful and cripsy- the eel sauce and yum yum sauce made it even better. The shrimp fried rice wastasty- the shrimp was slightly overcooked. I tasted some of my husband's sesame chicken and it was perfectly fried anddelicious. I will definitely be returning. I'm so happy I found my new sushi spot through DoorDash! Extremely salty food, portions are small and the seating is horrible. You are made to sit literally against complete strangers.... Also they purposely set the air to freeze so you will not want to sit around any longer than necessary. The couple seated nextto us took turns sharing a coat. Also, we paid $280 for 3 adults and 1 child. I ended up boxing our food for our dogs whichmainly consisted of steak, chicken, vegetables, rice, and noodles, but even they refused to eat it. It should be noted that ourgreat danes will eat our farm pigs leftover slop if left unattended. Oh there was absolutely no performance by our chef becauseit was late and they were in a rush to close. He just cooked extremely fast. Why bother seating us at all if you are so eager toclose. Big waste of $$$$... The worst habachi experience ever. Will not return. Read more
