Taste wise, the food was great! I ordered a bowl of soup, and it was filled half way.
Very pricey for fast food, but hey, it's healthier than McDonald's and Burger King!

Don't typically eat from here but I placed a large catering order for a meeting at my work and it was very good. Ordering online... was super easy and they had my order ready at the time they said it would be. Only waited about a minute or so while they baggedit up. Staff was great. They had all I needed in the bags. Utensils, napkins etc. Read more
I am DONE with Panera Bread- as much as I love the food I am done with the Covington location- they do NOT do quality check... before releasing orders- if you eat the food you better eat inside or your order will 100% be incomplete- Over and over I havegiven them chances and they STILL never do anything right- very frustrated and wouldn't eat there if it was the last place toeat on earth...from leaving out cream cheese for a bagel to burning them to leaving out items always - see pic of burned bagelthey sent out without cream cheese Read more
The Covington Panera Bread location is as good as they get! They have a friendly staff and amazing four cheese pizza that is the... beat I?ve ever had. The restaurant was very clean and all COVID protocols were being implemented. I?ll definitely be back! Read more
