Been waiting over 15 min to even get my order taken. Not very busy right now. I?ve been trying to give this place more chances... but my orders have been wrong the last three visits. If I could leave no stars I would. Will not be going back to this sonic located next to Walmart in Covington. I understand being... short staffed?but I waited 20 minutes after pushing the button to place my order. Then a man across the way pulls up and pusheshis button and places his order right away. So thinking that maybe my stall was broken we loved to the next stall , I kid younot right when we moved the woman came on the other stall to take the order. Then we had already pushed the button on the newstall. She comes on and I explain to her that there must be something wrong the stalls because we had been waiting for 20minutes. She said well are super short handed?.I started to place my order in which she then replied with my headset must not beworking, I didn?t get your order. I just left?there is no need to even go there. The employees are rude. They only have one sideopen, and if you wait long enough you maybe get to order?if their headset is working. Read more
Used to come here for late night food if there was no dinner plans. They've changed their hours to close at 5 apparently and it... looks like there's people inside but everyone leaves after a while of not getting anyone to respond to the service buttons.Sadly seems like it's every fast food restaurants reality nowadays. This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. The staff scream at you on the Entercom and are rude when they serve you. I had to... wait 10 minutes after pushing button to order only to be screamed at by a child on the other end. Read more
