The manager is super rude and the employee that made my smoothie wasn?t even wearing gloves! After reaching into the fruit and... ice machine with no gloves he proceeded to grab my cup and lid without them either?I was very disgusted and shocked at thelittle amount of effort they both gave me while in the store. I?ve been loving tropical smoothie since I moved here until this very interaction. I ordered a Smokey grilled cheese and was... given an unmelted just mozzarella sandwich. I asked them to remake me the correct option and the girl who took my order cameover to my table with an immediate attitude and asked exactly what I wanted so they didn?t get it wrong. So I told her what Ireceived and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong because ?she made the sandwich herself.? Instead of fishing it out of thetrash to prove her wrong, I just left. Edit: The owner gave me a call and was incredibly kind and just as frustrated as I waswith the situation. It calmed my nerves immensely having the conversation with him and I will (eventually) make my way back tohis establishment. Read more

Ordered online but worker said they never got it. So I asked how long it would be for them to make it in store even though I... ordered it 15 minutes before arriving. I got my smoothie fast but workers forgot about my sandwich. So When I asked about itthey said they forgot to make it. It was all chaotic and a bunch of workers were standing around doing nothing. Tried to call in a pick up order 15 mins before closing and they told me they can't take my phone order so I'm 5 mins away and... drive there, arrive at 7:50 and the doors are locked. Why advertise that you close at 8 when that isn't really true. I don'tusually take the time to write bad reviews but this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I don't know if theowner is aware that his establishment is being run like this but this is not professional and not how you run a restaurant. Read more
Smoothie was good, ordered a flatbread chicken pesto with extra chicken, got about 3 pieces of chicken on it. Went back in and... asked for another as I didn?t get what I paid for, the employees happily made another to fix their mistake. The food was pretty good and the ingredients were fresh with good flavors, but we used the online ordering function on the... website with curbside pickup, placing our order at 2:38. We sat in the parking lot (we placed the order while in front of thestore) until 3:11 just waiting. Our vehicle color and model were entered and there weren't any other cars in the parking lot. Icould see people walking around inside, but nothing was happening. After getting annoyed by time and frustrated with a cryingbaby, I walked inside to get my food, where it sat on the front counter with a big "CURBSIDE DELIVERY" text on it. I waited tillan associate approached me and said "Yes, this is my food but this smoothie is warm and soupy now. We've been sitting there forover half an hour." She said "I'll remake it for you." Then remade the smoothie and gave it to me, nothing else. Reallyfrustrated splurging $30 for a meal for me and my husband and baby only to be given warm smoothie and cold food because...negligence?
