This location is horrible. Took 15 minutes to be approached by server after being seated, then another 10 minutes just for the... sweet tea to be brought out. Hardly any customers and all the employees are no where to be seen. They need to amp up theirservice and get better management. Read more
Service was pretty good but the food was terrible. Onion rings were chewy, steak was cooked properly but also very chewy like it... was cheap. Burger was ok bun was very hard and fries were just not good like they were not cooked long enough. This is the thirdtime that I have ate at this location and the food was only ok once many years ago. We won't be eating here again. Read more

We left the restaurant a couple of weeks ago after no one came to our table for 15mins after being seated. It was basically the... same thing again today with excessive time intervals between visits from our server. It took an hour and 45 minutes total tocomplete lunch. The loaded waffle fries were delicious and so was the sweet tea. The entrees we had were very bland. The grilled chicken was dry... and had zero seasoning on it. The waitress was nice and the restaurant looked and smelled clean. Read more
My husband and I are here a couple weeks ago. We was running late on having dinner but they welcomed us in with smiles and our... food and service was awesome. Even though I knew they were tired and probably exhausted but they never showed it even though wecame in pretty late. Thanks guys for making us feel so welcome after a long day of driving. ???????? We have been here three times in the past two months and it?s been awesome! Last time we were here they only only one server,... and she was so sweet; had the best attitude even though she was by herself. We are eating now and have another sweet server! Wedon?t give restaurants credit when they do good, so I just want to say the Covington TN is the best!! Also, it?s always cleantoo! Great job! Read more
