Took 45 minutes to get our order and it was incorrect. Attempted twice to get them to correct it and both times they still gave... us the wrong items. They then demanded that the entire order be brought back in so that they could go through it all and makesure we weren't lying... My family members were already eating the meals that were correct. So, I had to make a new separateorder for the items that were missing and pay for them a SECOND time. Will not be eating here again. Read more
I want to love y'all, I really do but they are short-staffed (not their fault) yet, I never get my full order. My food be hot... but incomplete and when I call I never get an answer. The staff they do have is nice. They smile as they tell me they are out ofsomething. They have the potential to be great. Read more
Most of the supposed nuggets were. chicken fat and fried batter. The grease the real chicken was cooked in was old by the taste... of the nuggets. The fries were fresh and so was the biscuit. Read more

I would give a 0 if I could. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months that I have made a mobile order prior to arriving and it... is not ready when I get there. Each time they had a hard time finding my order then fulfilling it. This is ridiculous! We won'tbe going back. Read more
Used to love this place but they are going downhill fast. They decided they "weren't doing sandwiches today" after I had already... ordered and paid. I chose a substitution for the sandwich and they gave me mostly fried bread and very little chicken. Thecashier was very rude plus the doors were all locked when your site says you're available for dine in. I'll be recommending myfriends not go here. Read more
Pulled into the drive through, there was already a line. We waited and waited and waited. The line was moving but very slowly.... Turned out there were only 3 workers and one was outside on break while the line wrapped around the building. After about 30minutes and some other waiting customers leaving, we decided to leave too. This place definitely needs to hire some dependablehelp which seems to be hard to find nowadays. Read more
Luv the Chicken, fast service, friendly people, very accommodating. I know it's hot and lots of oil cooking going on, but it... seems really messy in the back. Maybe the owner might look into modernize,, or upgrade the work flow a bit. Face lift???? Thanksfor the great Chicken.... be safe. Read more
