The sonic in Covington, TN has the most inconsistent hours of operation I've ever seen. Recently placed an order through the... mobile app. Order was placed just after 5pm and I arrived at sonic around 5:20pm. Upon arriving I see that all the lights insideare shut off. There was not a single employee on-site. I was already charged for my $52 order through the app. Had to call soniccustomer support to get my money refunded in 7-10 days. This is one of many bad experiences I've had here. Better check yourbags each time you go cause they will leave something out guaranteed. Probably the worst sonic in all the Mid-South region. They took forever to get to milkshakes and they gave me vanilla instead of oreo
I had the super sonic burrito it was very good with the iced coffee yum yum

Slow service and they rarely have ice cream. Some servers do a great job others not so much. Some take to long to answer after... pushing the red button even when they aren't as busy. You can see them through the windows as they chit chat and laugh at youwhen they tell you they are out of something when they are not. If you want decent service and quality food I recommend thesonic in Atoka I live in Covington and I'd rather drive to Atoka then to deal with the one in Covington. Read more
