Made a purchase this morning and the customer service I received was absolutely horrible, as I did not expect anything... different..I had heard the service the ones in line prior to me had been receiving. I too, am in a profession of working withthe public. I remind myself daily and am so thankful for my customers. If it weren't for them I would not get a pay check. I ordered a sandwich without cheese as im alergic they put cheese on and there was a hair in my fries when i called to complain... all the manager did was make excuses about hair color well neither me nor the person i was with had that color hair this isunexcusable, i get hair in my food and instead of just makeing new fries they argued with me about it Read more
Absolutely disgusting food, even worse customer service. We ordered off of doordash for dinner, and when our food was delivered... there was cheese on my partner's burger (he is extremely allergic to cheese/dairy), our fries were grossly over-salted, andthere was a grey (maybe blonde?)/black hair in my fries. We called and asked to speak to the manager, and when my partner triedto address his complaints the manager proceeded to argue with him, and our issues were never resolved. Read more
