Horrible. Nachos didn?t have cheese, but had TONS of meat and beans on it. Went all the way back, was told over the drive... through speaker it DID have cheese but they could give a cup of cheese if pulled to the window. Then after sitting in drivethrough for awhile, was told to pull around and it would be brought out. 10 minutes pass and I have to go in and learn my foodisn?t even being made, nachos I just gave was laying in the floor next to the trash can. Was made new nachos that was then justtossed on the opposite end of the counter, that had a teaspoon full of meat on it, all the chips were broken into tiny pieces,and no beans. The girl that I was dealing with wouldn?t even acknowledge me, the manager was rude and absolutely just did notgive a care in the world. Ridiculous. Horrible people. It?s not a hard job to make nachos, why make it hard? Don?t be mad at thecustomers for your mess up. Read more
Absolutely trash. From employees mocking and making fun of customers to their faces to poor quality food. They?re too worried... about a timer than the customer service. Bad experiences 2 nights in a row. I will not be back and neither will my family. Dobetter people. Read more
The pregnant cashier was very rude to customers. Was cussing out the manager and cussing over customers. She also never let me,... or anyone else for that matter, know the store was out of sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. Why would I want pay for a chalupawith only meat and cheese. Management didn't seem to care how their cashier was acting either. Avoid this place and findsomewhere else to get food!!!! Read more

Worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Hours say they open at 7 everyday but the doors were locked at 8am and we witnessed the first... employee show up right as we arrived. Was told in the drive-thru that their equipment was ?just powering up? and they were notaccepting orders. The next Taco Bell is almost 45 minutes away. Waste of my time. Read more
Pretty good Taco Bell. I do enjoy the food! I have been disappointed on a few occasions by the lack of consistency on portions.... But, that said, I am also understanding of the tough employee market and associated training difficulties. They seem to alwayshave a hiring sign out. I really enjoy the freezes, those are consistently good. If you like Taco Bell, you will enjoy this onebut may notice the inconsistency I mention. Still, a yummy place and glad Covington has one!
