Hours posted online and on door do not match actual hours. Arrived at 7 PM to doors locked, and shop shut down
Before 11am. The womens bathroom was filthy! No toilet paper. No paper towels. No soap for washing hands! All health violations.... When I told the staff, they just wanted to blame last nights closing staff. Unacceptable! My little family of four came in here (Thursday evening) and not only was the food delicious (good quality meats etc) but the... crew that was working tonight was over the top wonderful. I?m teaching my children to be confident and comfortable ordering forthemselves and teaching them the importance of projecting/looking in the eyes instead of being shy? This staff was so helpfuland supportive and friendly to the children. Stellar employees!! We will be back when we are in the area next. Read more
First and foremost... It's a sandwich shop. Clean shop and I do like how all meats and cheeses are cut right then when ordering.... The gentleman I had helping me seemed to be a lead/shift manager-as he was working the line very efficient. The two otheremployees were not giving him the support he needed. The apologized to the customers and was very nice about it. The substhemselves are kinda messy, with really not a lot of flavor- very bland. My biggest issue with the sandwich I got was it wascovered in a Oil and/or Vinegar? I think they are hoping it gives it some flavor and makes everything seem moist and fresh. Asyou can see by my fourth photo- they get carried away with it as it was everywhere and it took away from enjoying the sandwichlike I thought I would. I needed to grab Mayo out of my fridge when I got home to give this a three star review. Would have beentwo if not. Read more
