Drove about half an hour from the airport because it's one of a few KFCs still open at this time of night. Arrived about 15... minutes before they closed (11:00pm on Sunday nights) but they would not serve us. Claimed "we're closed, it was a crazy day."Like that's supposed to be an acceptable excuse to waste my time and gas to arrive before their posted closing time. I won'tcome back to this trash establishment until they reimburse me for my lost expenses and lost family time or KFC notifies me thatthey've replaced the lousy management who run this place and the employees who provided such terrible service here tonight. Can?t use the Mobil app for this location simply because it is a cobranded store. Ordered a burrito with added different kind... of sauce. No additional sauce was added yet the bill charged for additional sauce. Read more
***update had a conversation with manager when he came to bring my hot fried he was pleasant and apologized however the young... kids there need training baaaad. So rude! ******They are always rude from the young workers to the rude older man who workshere, my food is never hot when I come here they rush you in line. My bag came to me today ripped in half. I asked for hot friesbecause mine were not even close to Luke warm they rudely told me to wait and I said I prefer to watch my food because who knowswhat they would do to my food they told me no and were extremely rude. We went through the drive thru and the employee was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't ask politely on how we wanted our... chicken, she didn't ask if we wanted any condiments. The other workers just gave us our food and done. Also not asking if wewanted condiments or anything. Overall terrible customer service from everyone.
