The quality of service and most importantly food has decreased so much over the last year here ! This is typical our favorite... Mexican restaurant because it?s close and we love the trash cans ! We normally order the super nachos and lately they have notbeen so ?super? they have cut in almost 1/3 from the usual we used to get. I don?t mind paying $20 for carne asada nachosbecause everything is going up in price but to receive a portion almost a 1/3 The regular amount when paying $8+ just for thecarne asada to be added is really crazy. It hasn?t been one , twice or 3 times. It?s been several times. The only reason we comeback is for the trash cans. Once I find a new restaurant with such drink we will not be back. Read more

We were the only people at this restaurant on a Saturday (around 12 PM) and they didn't even come over to the table after... seating us, for 15+ minutes. I had to go to the kitchen to request a glass of water. We decided to just leave. Wish I could ratetheir food. But that will never happen, because I'm never going back due to the horrible service. I won't lie, we were very impressed with this visit. We've visited other branches in the past and have never been super happy... with experience. This was FANTASTIC! I got the Tacos Supremos and loved it. The shrimp fajitas were delicious & my kids lovedtheir enchilada & burrito too! The salsa & chips to start hit the perfect spot. Really enjoyed this place!???????? The food, ambiance and service were all great. As part of the chips and salsa service they... provided "coleslaw" OMG it was fantastic! A bit on the spicy side but not too bad. I asked the server what it was and toldhim how much I enjoyed it so he brought me an additional side of it. Josh was fantastic. Great service. My beverages werealways full I wanted for nothing! I had the tres amigas enchiladas and each if them were amazing in their own right. I've beento other Puerto Vallarta restaurants before but this one is now definitely my favorite! Thanks all dor the wonderful latelunch! The food was delicious! Portions were huge, hot and fresh. Service was great. I would love to bring more of my family here.
