Placed a take out order and was told it would be ready at 6:16 pm. Arrived at 6:05 and parked in curbside pickup parking #6... then called to let the staff know I was there and was told they would bring it out to me when it was ready. Proceeded to waituntil 6:50 to call again and remind them that I was there, they said ?oh your food has been ready we will bring it out to younow.? They brought my food out to me, offered no apology or way to make it right. The order was at least correct but all of theFood cold by the time it was brought to my vehicle. Super disappointed. Took the grandkids here for Friday night burgers. Perfectly attentive service. Food was very good and came out quickly.

Good big beers and food was good. The real star was Trevor the team member we had. He was the best, fun and friendly and we all... had a great laugh together. He remembered everything and made sure we kept our drinks full and fresh. Thanks Trevor. Read more

Ordered for pick up and my husband ordered onion rings which is an extra charge to discover he only got 3! 3 onion rings is just... insane to pay extra for frozen onion rings. Food was cold also and my patty tasted old, re heated. Read more

Better food at Burger King. I ordered some food to go, waited OVER AN HOUR for CURBSIDE pickup and when I got my food it was... cold and my pickle nickels were raw. Like the batter was raw. Red Robin needs to step it up. Read more

I dined in for my birthday.... Was not impressed, not at all! The bottomless fries were ordered with garlic parm.... and was... hardly noticeable. Mostly oil. As I posted a Pic of my fries.. you can see there was a pool of oil in bottom of my basket.Some of the fries were also soaked in that oil...Gross. Had to find a waitress to get the so called bottomless refill of fries(oil drenched).... then again had to hunt for server for refill on waters and other drinks. Can't even say items promptlyarrived to table. Not once were we asked if everything was OK... customer service really went down hill. A Tip was left, but itwas not deserved. Generally this restaurant chain is well-maintained. After a four hour road trip, we stopped for ?to-go? salads. I was fatigued... from driving, but, then when I actually looked around? I suddenly realized, gee, this place is filthy. From the windows &entryway doors, everything needs a scrub down. Food bits litter the floor w crayons & paper napkins. Also, the red rugs indining room are worn black in traffic areas & in need of replacing. (The restroom was unspeakable.) If the front of the houselooks like this, trust the kitchen is worse. Our salad greens were way past their prime (from a bag & parts were brown onbottom - disappointing). The staff was very nice, but, we won?t patronize this location again. ???? Read more

Good food at a good price. Friendly service and good quality food. Bathrooms need some attention as the soap dispensers were... placed on the sink top making it awkward to use. Some empty tables had food left on them for length my visit. Some staffappeared not quite ready for work as their attire looked very wrinkled and sloppy. Overall, I would return to this location.
