Great place usually good customer service but some reason sometimes when I go in morning between 10:00am 11:40am drive threw... theres always one lady that?s sometime rude never happy or nice went this morning held my phone up for stars on app beforehanded her my debit card waited for her scan my phone handed her card but then proceeded to put in debit card and ignore thefact I was holding my phone up to scan she literally look directly at it ignore it ignore me then told me she couldn?t give mestars or scan my phone but not only that they always mess my drinks up or when sometimes I ask for something and instead ofhelping me and telling me that?s not proper way to order they just get rude and tell me NO THATS NOT WHAT THATS CALLED!!! andwhole stars thing not big deal it?s just the fact of bad customer service and being rude I don?t appreciate it don?t talk downto me as a customer I?m just trying to order and processed with my day and I hate writing this review because I always go therebut sometimes when I go there I have to guess if I?m gonna get someone nice and helpful or someone that?s not Read more
Why do you guys keep closing early on Saturdays? I showed up at 6pm exactly, and the place was closed. Google says you guys... close at 7pm. So why are you closing early every week? Cause I came last week and it was the same issue. Now I gotta go withoutgetting starbucks. Read more
Great atmosphere, and music! Friendly staff with speedy barista skills! You can never go wrong with a brilliant coffee from... Starbucks. Only downside during pandemic is no restroom access.
