The positive reviews are BS, probably paid. Interminable lines, sh*tty service, awful food, worst of all possible fast... so-called food so-called services. People here should be fired and made to do public service for crimes against the public. Just shut down, aholes. Read more
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Wendy's was out off Lettuce for the sandwich. Not the same, and no tomatoes.
Had a lovely late afternoon dinner with one of my amazing ???? granddaughter's. The gentleman who took our order also assisted... us by bringing our meal to our table and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice tosee such attentive staff & pleasant atmosphere in a day when these great attributes are way too uncommon. Read more

Definitely the best Wendy's around! We moved to Federal Way a few years ago, but we still make the drive to this location when... we want really good food. Only taking off one star for how slow they are during the dinner rush, but it's worth it for thequality! The accuracy is unmatched, too. Never had an issue here with missing items or the wrong food. This place gave my family quite possibly the best Wendy's fast food experience ever. The place was clean, orderly, and our... orders came out correct. Would you believe my burger actually looked like the picture on the menu? Amazing. On top of this, Iheard what I assume is a shift manager or team leader tell another employee to please keep the area clean and organized soorders can be processed efficiently. I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist of the conversation. I love this attitude. Read more
The $5 meal can't be beat. The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger ALMOST as PERFECT an addition to seal the deal. The ABSOLUTE correct... proportions for keeping your cholesterol in check. Great value in todays world. Read more
Service is always good, food generally hot and fresh. Wendys stopped serving lettuce, including no carb lettuce wrapped... sandwiches, which is disappointing. Other fast food restaurants are still sourcing lettuce.... Still good if you're looking fora gut bomb without greenery to soak it up. Read more
