Thierry served us today with kindness, a genuine smile, and when the order appeared to be missing something, he went the extra... mile. The customer experience was fantastic. we keep coming back because the staff is kind, the food is tasty and there islots of room for the kids to be kids--huge tables, games room. Went with a friend to dine in the 2 young ladies behind the cash were talking and talking and completely ignored us. Keep in... mind that there were no other customers and no cars at the drive After 5 minutes my friend tapped the counter the only reactionwas a dirty look telling us they were busy talking. We went to order a King Jr meal, order a cheeseburger, Frye's and wanted a milk chocolate, the answer was, we don't have any... milk products in stock, I'm in the drivethru going to pay ask for mayonnaise and guest what, they didn't have any.
