Not normal to have your delivery person complain about the 3$tip given is not acceptable, that they are paid as waiters and... should be given 15%. That for this time she will accept but expects better next time. Also not normal that the manager confirmsthat this is completely acceptable behavior. I ordered on average once a week for the past few years with a 100$ order almostevery time. I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. Read more

Use to be good, 2nd time that my order is not complete (car service) but this time was the worst. Missing 2 brownies, 2 salads... and 1 gravy container. We just notice at our place and my kids were super sad. I tried to call to cowansville but its just acentral service that transfer you to client service. Very pricey $18.57 for the chicken breast Meal on top it was cold ???? and fries dry. Staff nice and courteous but Overall... disappointing won't be visiting again. Read more
